Due to the perishable nature of our allergen-free chocolate, we cannot accept returns once a shipment has left our facility. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit.

Upon delivery, please inspect your package for any signs of heat damage or structural compromise to the chocolate bars or chips.
Document Issues
If there is a defect or shipping error, take clear photos of the product and the shipping label to help us process your claim quickly.

Resolution
Once approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement at no additional cost to you.
